Welcome to Genuine Genesis Product Verification Website!

Product Verification Instructions

Authentication of your product is very easy, and the only sure way to verify that you are in possession of a genuine Genesis-manufactured item. There are two holograms, one located on the box and a smaller one located on the vial or bottle. There are two numbers located on each of the holograms. In addition, there are also two serial numbers: one that is exposed , and a hidden secret number.

To view the hidden number, you must scratch off the foil to expose it. Do not accept any product that has the foil scratched off or if the secret number is exposed for any reason. This indicates that the product has been tampered with, and there is no way to verify its legitimacy. After scratching off the foil concealing the hidden number on both the vial and the box, check to make sure the numbers match. The serial number on the vial will be the same number as the serial number on the box. Also, the hidden number on the vial will match the hidden number on the box.

After you have checked the numbers, enter the serial number and hidden number into the appropriate boxes. Next, enter the computer generated characters into the lower box and press ‘Go’. This site will allow each number to be verified only once. After which, if the number is entered again you will be informed that the number has already been used. Each piece that is manufactured has a unique, individual identifying set of numbers.

Counterfeiting in the pharmaceutical industry has reached epidemic proportions. There have been numerous methods developed in an attempt to curtail the problem, but these attempts have met with little success. Holograms, bar-coding, use of special packaging material and even the use of embedded micro chips on high value items have done little to prevent this widespread problem.

While we make every possible effort to secure the authenticity of our products through product verification, due to the prevalence of counterfeit pharmaceutical products, customers should be wary of:

• Labels that appear to have been altered.

• Misspelled or altered product content.

• Poor quality material or packaging.

• Missing codes, trademarks or other information.
